We’re all about supporting local businesses and we buy British (and favourably Cornish) whenever we can. By buying British we are ensuring product miles are minimised, while at the same time supporting British Industry – with the employment and community benefits it brings.
As a small business ourselves we also try to support other small, local businesses – often specialist producers who have a real enthusiasm for their trade and a determination to supply like-minded retailers. We focus on working closely with people who share our environmental and ethical values, and championing prosperity in Cornwall.
As supporters of buying local, we also produce a number of our wonderful Whistlefish products in house. All of our gorgeous art prints, framed prints and canvases are designed and made to the highest standard by our fantastic team of experts that live locally to Cornwall.
Our fantastic design team are also the source behind most of our artwork, with the beautiful remaining pieces created by our favourite local artists.
Cornwall continues to inspire us daily and we will endeavour to strive to work with British and south-west companies as we expand our offering and develop our Whistlefish experience.
