Sophie Moore

Sophie studied Art & Design at CSM before going on to study Fashion Atelier at UCA, after which she worked on a womenswear design team in London.

Sophie decided to move back home, about six years ago, to the North Coast of Cornwall where she now lives with her husband and son. 

Sophie paints characters inspired by her coastal surroundings and the changing mood of the seasons, whilst incorporating her fashion design background . She loved painting her swimmers because they are bright but classic and they remind her of golden summer days on her local Cornish beaches.
