Chocolarder Salted Caramel Chocolate Truffles



Made using Cornish sea salt and fresh Cornish cream, this soft salt caramel truffle is hand-dipped in our Asháninka 72% dark chocolate and rolled in our own pressed cocoa powder. The flakes of sea salt help keep the sweetness of the rich caramel in check, while it's smooth texture is complemented by the thick chocolate shell.

These popular truffles are entirely made in the Chocolarder workshop in Cornwall from little more than cocoa beans, sugar and cream.
