ROYAL MAIL - EXPRESS Delivery
- Next-day delivery via Royal Mail costs £4.95.
- To qualify, place your order before 1 pm Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
- Orders placed between 1 pm Friday and 1 pm Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
- For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, please allow an additional day.
Please note that Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service is not guaranteed, but it typically achieves a delivery success rate of 96% or higher.
Deliveries to Remote or Longer-Lead Time Areas
Some areas of the UK may experience longer delivery times due to their location. While we do our very best to dispatch orders promptly, please be aware that deliveries to the following postcode areas may take longer to arrive when sent via Royal Mail.
Postcodes: AB36–38, AB54–56, FK18–21, KA27–28, PA20–38, PH19–44, PH49–50, TR21–25, BT, GY, IV, IM, JE, and ZE, KW1–17, HS, PA41–80
Adverse weather conditions and local accessibility can also affect delivery times to these regions. If you're ordering to one of these postcodes, we kindly ask that you allow a little extra time for your parcel to arrive.

Deliveries to Remote or Longer-Lead Time Areas
Sunday Delivery Exclusions
From 6 October 2025, Royal Mail will apply additional postcode exclusions for Sunday deliveries on the following services: Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day and Royal Mail Tracked 24.
The affected postcodes are:
BT, LL15–17, LL20–21, LL23–27, LL32–78, SY6–25, LD, SA14–73, PL10–35, TR.
These exclusions apply only to deliveries on a Sunday. All other delivery days remain unaffected.
FedEx Delivery Exclusions
FedEx delivery is not available to certain postcode areas for Framed Prints or Canvases. If your postcode falls within one of the regions listed below, please note that Royal Mail options will apply instead.
- AB: AB31–AB39, AB44–AB45, AB51–AB56
- FK: FK19–FK21
- KA: KA27–KA28
- PA: PA2–PA7
- PH: PH2–PH8, PH15–PH19

Incorrect or Incomplete Address information
In the unfortunate event that you enter an incorrect or incomplete address whilst placing your order, then the order will likely be returned to you.
Once the order has been returned to us, you may choose between being refunded for the order or, if you would like the order to be resent, you will need to pay for the second postage amount before we can reprocess and reship the order to you.
