It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will up to 5 working days. Overseas deliveries can also take up to 5 working days, however international delivery is temporarily paused while we review recent customs, returns and delivery requirements. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.


International delivery is temporarily paused while we review recent customs, returns and delivery requirements. UK delivery is not affected. We hope to reopen international delivery once the updated process has been fully checked.

We are pleased to offer limited international shipping to Germany, France, Ireland, Austria, Cyprus, Malta, the Netherlands, and Portugal for select products. Please note that availability may vary, and not all items can be shipped to these destinations at this time. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

We currently offer an Express Delivery option for £4.95. If you place your order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, it will usually arrive the next day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday are delivered on Saturday, while anything placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday lunchtime will arrive on Tuesday.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Luxury Cards and Luxury Christmas Cards require Large letter postage.

PRODUCTS

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customisation options there.

Product Exclusions

Certain items will not be counted towards your basket total when qualifying for a promotion. These are:

  • Gift Cards
  • Tree Donations
  • Stamps

If these are in your basket, they won’t contribute to the spend threshold needed to trigger the offer, but other eligible products in your basket will still count.
