We've collaborated with the experts distillers at Atlantic Distillery to bring you a stunning hand-crafted Cornish gin, beautifully finished with an exquisite Whistlefish designed label in a 100% recycled glass bottle.
Atlantic Distillery use 100% Organic botanicals, many of which are grown at our distillery, or wild harvested across Cornwall. All of their delicious spirits are gently distilled on a traditional copper bain-marie pot still using their own drawn water.
Unique and fragrant, this Gorsedh gin has gorse flower and lime giving floral, grassy & citrus notes which linger on the finish. Ideal with a light tonic, simply garnished with a slice of cucumber or lime.
