Excellent service. Items were very well wrapped for transit and exactly as advertised. I have used Whistlefish frames for some time, usually buying them at Padstow or St Ives, but the on-line service is very efficient. Although I have to pay for delivery of small orders it is a far cheaper option than travelling to Cornwall from Cambridgeshire!! I am also now buying in orders of over £150 for which delivery is free. I have recommended the frames to other members of the Hemingford Grey Art Club of which I am a member.
Excellent quality, no flaws and very good value for money. Some instructions on how to get the back off would have been useful, I wasn't sure whether to remove the metal tacks and then hammer them back in or just bend them upwards and then back down again. However I went for the first method and it seems to have worked fine!
