Little Donations, Big Difference: Supporting Cornwall's Animals in Need

Sometimes, it's the smallest acts of kindness that make the biggest difference. And thanks to the generosity of our lovely Whistlefish customers, we've been able to help support a cause that's particularly close to our hearts here in Cornwall.

Throughout September, we gave customers the option to add a £1 donation to their order at checkout, with every penny going towards supporting Last Chance Hotel Animal Rescue & Rehome, a wonderful Cornish charity dedicated to helping animals in need.

And what a difference those little donations made!

Together, our customers raised an incredible £1,864, helping to support the charity's important work giving vulnerable, abandoned and unwanted animals the care, kindness and second chances they deserve.

At Whistlefish, we've always believed in the power of thoughtful gestures. Whether it's sending a handwritten card, surprising someone with a little gift or simply doing something kind for another, it's often the little things that mean the most.

That's why seeing so many of our customers choose to give a little extra at checkout means so much to us. A single pound might not seem like much on its own, but when we all come together, those small contributions can become something truly special.
