The 3rd frame to be delivered was perfect but the first was damaged and below whistlefish standards! Customer services were great they sorted a replacement but the warehouse and dispatch let them down by sending the wrong frame and not letting them know a frame had been sent. Finally the correct frame arrived.

Excellent product. Took a while to be delivered but within the expected 2 week period. Not that it affected the product, but there was an awful lot of packaging.

Always a first class service. Most impressed with the excellent packaging.. Frames are ideal for my style of paintings of coastal scenes.

The service was very good. One of the picture frames I ordered was broken in transit, however this was collected the same day and a replacement was recieved a day later , in time for Christmas. I am very pleased with these frames having purhased a few when on holiday in Padstow so I knew what I was getting. I am very pleased with the service and product and recomend this company.

This is a classic, strong, good looking frame with a surprisingly good price tag. The online service was very efficient and courier delivery fast - cleverly packaged to prevent breakage which was my concern - that bumps up the p&p but still really worth the money. Have already recommended to friends and family. We stayed above your shop in Padstow this summer otherwise I wouldn't have known you do picture frames in many sizes.

We have purchased a framed print from you and Then searched your site to find just the frame we needed for a watercolour we bought in Italy.
