A joyous celebration of this milestone! The word 'Congratulations' forms a pink arch, framing 'on becoming,' while vibrant script spells out 'grandparents' like a playful baby mobile. Adorned with tiny objects and stars, complemented by pretty pink spots and hearts, it's the perfect way to share in the excitement.
