Rick uses nostalgic memories of emotion to create his unique work. His passion is for folklore, history and wildlife. He finds the landscapes of Cornwall, Wales and the surroundings of his home in the Cotswolds a constant source of inspiration.
Rick has been an illustrator for over 20 years with clients ranging from the National Trust to the Tate Galleries. His artwork captures a range of locations inspired by the places he loves, with a nostalgic nod to the vintage travel poster designs of the 1930s.
Growing up in North Wales and spending a good few years living in Cornwall, Rick now enjoys a rural life in the Cotswolds with his family and sausage dog Wolfie.
