It can be prepared in serval ways such as boil, steam or grill in just 10 minutes to suit any taste palette.  

  1. Lobster Roll:
  • Cook 2 lobster tails in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes.
  • Let them cool and remove the meat from the shells.
  • Mix the lobster meat with mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped celery, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Toast some hot dog buns, fill them with the lobster mixture, and serve.
  1. Grilled Lobster Tail:
  • Cut the top shell of 2 lobster tails and loosen the meat.
  • Brush the meat with melted butter and grill for 8-10 minutes, until the meat is opaque.
  • Serve with more melted butter and lemon wedges.
